"Good Location near Dalma Hills. However, the facility maintenance is not great with paint peeling off in the room, plumbing issues in the bathroom, curtains out of rail, loud music in outdoor restaurant at a resort which is supposed to be quiet, scenic and tranquil. The Chefs appeared to be good particularly with Indian and Chinese cuisine. Breakfast spread was not that great and was certainly not International like good 3-5 star hotels. "Some room additional facilities should be there. The room is completely closed one. No Gym facility."

"Excellent property with world class facilities. We stayed at the Royal Suites. This is comparable to any 5 star facility abroad. The shower reminder me of the “Heavenly shower” of a western brand hotel. Cleanliness and hospitality of staff is exemplary. Rupa and Prashanth did a phenomenal job to help us book and stay. Food was pretty good. Will highly recommend this property and will stay here again if we come this way."

"The wifi system was problematic and only works in lobby. The staffs are helpful and thoughtful but they cannot solve the wifi issue in room. "
