"Check in at 3pm and check out at noon was easy and seamless with the very helpful and friendly staff who spoke to us effortlessly in English,our native language.
Our room was on the 7th floor with uninterrupted view of the lighthouse, casino and the sea. We had a partial view of the beach too, and caught the occasion glimpse of the plucky surfers riding the waves. Accessing our room was easy with a smooth, fast lift. We always looked forward to returning to our hotel during our stay knowing...

"Every single employee is great. The food is fantastic. That sunday brunch iw a spectacle. The rooms could not be better. Without a doubt next visit we will also stay at du Palais Biarritz. Employees like Alvaro at front desk and Adrian at luggage, main door. They were very kind and helpful"
