"Lovely staff, clean hallways, super hot water...
the downside - the air conditioner controls had a paper taped loosely over them, no instructions or warnings. Turned the air conditioner on...it blew black mould clumps all over the bed and floor. Looked out the screenless window. The pipe that is supposed to direct water from the air con is completely unattached. The water is running directly onto the air con on the floor below. To fix this problem, a towel has been thrown over the lower air con....
