"After leaving another hotel for unsatisfactory sanitary conditions, Radisson blu was a welcoming transition. Walking into the hotel you are greeted with friendly staff and fresh flowers. The rooms are spacious with spectacular views of the rolling mountains. We ate dinner and breakfast at the resort with options for everyone. I’ll definitely recommend this place."

"The Rooms weren’t clean. We had to get the comforters changed as it had stains on it. Same with pillow covers. Shower drain was also clogged, making the whole washroom wet. "

"This is not a five star hotel. In fact, it's barely a three star. It is far from the fort and up a long, bumpy road so when you arrive, you feel like you're in the middle of nowhere. The staff earnestly tries to be helpful but they're clueless, slow and inefficient. I ordered a gin and tonic at lunch time and it came after I had finished my meal. "A strictly average property. Best for a few nights. It's called Sree Leela Palace by the way and Papaya Leaf is the name of the group that owns it. and while it's a 5 min walk to the temple which is the best part it's slightly off the main road and hard to locate if you are coming for the first time. Rooms are compact. Air conditioning in the rooms worked well. Power cuts did happen a few times during the day but manageable. Wifi was ok. The category of the room we had booked was not given to us...
