"The hospitality started when we walked up. They were very kind. The unit was perfect and we managed to park a car and a truck with a raft next to our unit. The grounds were pretty. It was within walking distance of downtown. The location was perfect to get to the river. I'll definitely be back. "

"This place is awesome!! It is not far off the main highway, but it feels very remote. The cabins are in excellent shape and very clean. They have wi-fi if needed. The on-site Saloon and Restaurant make it very convenient to have adult beverages and no need to drive afterwards - you can easily walk back-and-forth to the cabins. "Frankly, my wife and I stayed here because it was the only room we could find available in the area. My first concern was the distance from the highway. This, however, was not an issue. The road is in great shape, you can cruise around 60 mph most of the way. Only the last half mile is unpaved and its not bad. Altogether, a wonderful drive. "Big Sky Country is what the property exemplifies. The property owners are very responsive and communication was easy. I highly recommend this property to chill and enjoy your stay in the Bitterroot Valley. Close to Missoula if that is your vibe.
