"The airport shuttle was very convenient. I would have liked more gluten free and vegetarian options on the menu. I had a bad diabetic episode because there weren’t sensible/filling choices on the menu. You can’t live on pizza (which contains gluten anyway)."

"The maintenance was very poor in our room 129. The toilet roll holder and hand head shower unit were both hanging off the wall. The mirror light was not working with its wire hanging below the mirror. The lamped face mirror was fitted upside down or too low. I couldn't use it to shave. The sink drain plug/stopper would not retain the sink water."
