"The rooms were pretty, spacious, and clean! We opted for the breakfast which was comprehensive, and used the free shuttle service to the airport. I got a notification that our flight was delayed after we checked in, so we we slept in a bit. The folks from the front desk called the room to make sure we didn't miss the 8am shuttle. I appreciated that extra consideration. I would absolutely stay there again."

The wooden deck around the swimming pool was full of splinters, and some of the deck boards were sticking up, making it extremely dangerous, especially for children. "The property has nice accommodations, and the views are spectacular; however, the customer service was horrific. We were booked for just one night, and we had to wait over an hour to check in at 3 PM. By the time we got to our room, it was already 5 PM. When I tried to order a drink at the beachside, I had to contact three different servers and wait over an hour to receive it. The pools closed at 7 PM, and the hotel restaurants closed at 10:30 PM, even though we were told they would be open...

Expected a very great deal more, especially as we had a junior suite which was just a slightly bigger room with a bed with just the frame of a 4 poster bed. The bathroom was ok but the towels small and thin. Alcohol in the room was free (4 small, bottles of whisky, vodka etc) but soft drinks and water were chargeable!
