"Front desk very helpful . We attended theater in the area and needed late check-in and an extra 1/2 hour for check/out. Appreciate the special consideration.

"A room with a waterfront view is nice. Waited more than 30 minutes to just get acknowledged at the dinner restaurant by the water, then after waiting another 15 minutes of being ignored...we left. Decor is tired. There are better choices to stay in Newport. It's an expensive hotel, and should at the very least have better service."
