Cari Hotel di Rhondda Cynon Taff

"Really lovely hotel and right in the middle of town. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. The hotel itself is very grand and is kept very clean and tidy … it’s just a little dated and tired in places. We as a family recommend and we could also take our dog which was great."

"I’m beyond pleased with my stay here. The staff was attentive and friendly, the Wi-Fi connection was speedy and never failed, and the location was perfect for exploring the city."

"Central to everything however a few issues. The taxi app at reception is not the best, no mini bar and no magnifying mirror in the bathroom. No fault of the hotel but noise from nearby bars dies go on to the early hours. Still enjoyed our stay. The things mentioned could enhance it."

"Very tired - room large but furniture very old and rooms in need of a refresh."

"Beautiful modern hotel with great rooms and location."

"The first thing that greeted us was the smell of stale curry in the reception area and corridors, the lift was broken that would have taken us to our floor (the top one of course) and there was an absolute maze of corridors to navigate to find out way to the room. Hotel is definitely not a 4 star as stated, I,d give it 2 at most. Glad I was only there for 1 night."

"Fantastic Place to stay and the rooms are so clean. You even have a lovey restaurant and bar that serves tapas. Will come again soon."

"It was reasonably clean and the bed was comfy. There was an issue where there were some towels missing on check in, but they were replenished eventually. Very good for the price"

"One of the best showers my dad has ever had during my his night stay to watch football. Very comfortable bed. Would’ve liked to have had a bottle of water in the room but otherwise it was everything he wanted for a night’s stay."
