"The room was okay and spacious. The check-in was confusing. We had to call to ask for a key to get in, soap, and the WiFi password. There were none of the usual amenities (ice, help at the front desk,etc). There was a bit of a language barrier. The sofa was torn and soiled. All-in-all it was ok."

"We enjoyed the location and the clean and quiet cabin. Wish the mattress was a little less firm and there would have been a closet to hang clothes or a clothes rack. Overall it was a great stay. Thank you."

"I have been going to Bear Lake for at least 20 years. I have gone a different route in booking - it was usually an ok to good. With you guys it was awesome - questions were answered and the booking went really well, I will definitely book through you next year. The room was clean, and the staff was kind. And you can’t forget the raspberry shake - I appreciate you very much - thank you!!!"

"Our room was on the lower floor, adjacent to the pool that was filled with screaming children and yelling adults. The extremely cheap propane BBQ was placed in the patio (or on the balcony, for upper floors), underneath the flammable overhang above...a fire waiting to happen. Everything about the place reeked of cheapness. The owners are absentee landlords who use a lousy property management company, which failed to communicate important access information to us prior to our trip, apparently...

"Loved everything about the place. Except the cameras on each floor of the balcony kinda makes you feel lack of privacy. And having a tv in the master bedroom where your only able to watch dvds on and no dvds provided .minimal things. But other than that we would stay there again."
