"This experience was nothing like what we expected. The pictures on the website make the rooms look way better than they are in person. The beds are completely uncomfortable. They don’t have comforters so bring a blanket or something with you because they literally have one sheet on the bed to sleep under. They don’t give you any cleaning items for the kitchen to start like most places will. No hand soap or small mini size dish detergent or kitchen rag to wash the dishes. This is for someone who...

"My loft was not at the main location had to drive a couple miles away in random area beside industrial park behind police station. Room smelled like smoke and had no toiletries or hangers. Host responded to address on check-in but not thereafter to simple requests for toilet paper, also not provided. Place was tired and dusty. "
