"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The customer service was terrible from the moment I arrived. The staff was rude, dismissive, and acted like helping guests was an inconvenience. Simple questions were met with attitude, and requests were either ignored or handled reluctantly. A hotel stay should feel welcoming, but this was the complete opposite. I would not recommend staying here unless they make significant improvements to their customer service and staff professionalism."

"Camera scarsamente manutenuta; bagno in pessime condizioni (lavandino che perde, piatto doccia ammalorato e presenza di muffe, scatole elettriche in vista...). Pulizia nel complesso discreta, ma scarsa sensazione di comfort in camera (forse anche per via della presenza di umidità). Mancano tende oscuranti, alle prime luci del mattino è inevitabile svegliarsi. Prezzo assolutamente sproporzionato rispetto alla qualità offerta."
