"I cannot thank the team at JW Marriott Bucharest enough for their constant support, exceptional resources, and unprecedented level of communication and dedication to my needs.
Prior to my stay, I contacted JW Marriott to explain that my intention during the visit was to conduct a marriage proposal. My request was accepted with great warmth and sincerity. Although there was not a huge window of time to organise such an event, the task was met with great enthusiasm and tenacity.

"Check in was excellent - quick and we could check in early. Breakfast had hot and cold options with plenty selection. The restaurant also had an extensive tasty offering of dishes but service took a long time for only a couple of people in there. Rooms were nice and big with tea/coffee and water. Lift was very small max 3 people and temperamental."

"Very beautiful and clean hotel north of old town. Very walkable to many sights and endless options of cafes bars and restaurants. The spa was very nice but would be better if open past 8pm. Buffet breakfast had many nice options."

"Resort was friendly and clean. The pools were nice. The beds are extremely hard and not comfortable to sleep on and the mixed alcohol options are extremely limited. The shower was very small and difficult to move around in. There was a lot of loud kids outside in the early morning which makes it hard for people to sleep who have jetlag."

"I didn't stay in Europa Royale due to their renovation project. But the staff was excellent to contact me in advance, and transferred my reservation to Mercure Bucharest Urinii, which is a great hotel. We loved two nights at Mercure. For this, I want to thank the Europa Royale staff!! "
