"Lovely hotel, big room, centrally located. Breakfast was great. We used the spa for a sauna and jacuzzi, very relaxing. Staff were very friendly. A couple of hours after checkout I realised I had left my glasses in the room so I rang the hotel and they went to see if they were in our room, which they were. We got a taxi back to the hotel and collected them. Big thank you to the reception and housekeeping staff. Would definitely recommend this hotel. "

"When we arrived we were very tired from traveling. We opened the door to this amazing suite and felt so blessed! We each took turns soaking for an hour in the enormous in room bath. The food at the in house restaurant was superb! Augustine I believe is the name of our server both at dinner and breakfast and he was wonderful! Gave us great meal selections and was very kind and welcoming. Definitely as asset! We also had breakfast buffet the next morning before our days touring of castles and...

"Really good experience, nice rooms, good restaurant (including the breakfast), very nice spa and pool, personnel really polite and helpful.
The only negative thing is that the kids room could have more toys and activities. It is a pity to have an entire room, but so few options for the kids. "
