"Most of the staff (mainly at reception and breakfast area) are in desperate need of a customer service & hospitality course, otherwise no lament at all. Breakfast is good and so is the hotel in general. "

"Well, I will say they tried their best to accommodate us. The online description was not accurate. They did not have rooms that accommodated three people without an extra bed being provided (which they did for free). The hotel facilities were ok given the location (not the most visually appealing). The rooms were spartan with very uncomfortable beds and in one of the bathrooms, large swaths of black mold were evident in the shower (so obvious as to question why there were not cleaned...
