"We had a villa by the sea, which was awesome. What was not great was the bathroom curtain. It has black mold on it. Also the bathroom door was extremely rickety (basically some sort of foldable steel door). Not easy to operate. TV wasn't easy to set up for some reason, we tried using YouTube and it kept giving us a network error because there was issues with their own wifi. Other than this, the location was very chill. "The shower was dirty. The bed was hard like a rock you can feel the slats under you. Only 2 towels and pillows given was told no after I asked for more. No pool towels provided. Staff are miserable. I tried to contact Wotif a week earlier to shorten my stay but they didn’t respond because I wanted a refund for 1day because we planned to leave early, but no response. Will not be using Wotif again! "

Sauberkeit und Ordnung lässt sehr zu Wünschen übrig. Überall schmutzig, Flecken und Schimmel. Tut mir für die Mitarbeiter leid, eine solche Bewertung zu schreiben, die sich jeden Tag solche Mühe geben für uns Gäste,"

"Hyvä rauhallinen ranta. Hotellin ravintola harvoja paikkoja Gentingissä, josta sai vielä illallakin ruokaa. Luottokortti kävi hotellissa ja sen ravintolassa, mikä positiivinen asia eikä itsestään selvyys kyseisessä kylässä. Kaikkinensa odotuksia vastaava majoitus."
