"Le personnel est adorable, la chambre est au top, la vue est incroyable et l'accès au spa est très pratique. En revanche, le Chromecast de la TV ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons ramené le câble HDMI mais il ne tient pas bien sur la prise de la TV et nous n'avons pas pu visualiser les films qu'on voulait sur la TV. Il y avait un point d'eau mais il n'y avait pas d’eau gazeuse alors que c'était proposé. Le spa était très propre au début de la semaine mais plus les jour avançait plus cela devenait...

"Close to the main city area, the lake and the bus station! Staff were friendly and rooms clean. We wish there was a kettle in the room to have hot water on cold nights but when requested staff did bring a kettle up to our room. "

Localisation parfaite pour les promenades au bord du lac. Un spa à l’étage inférieur bien pensé avec salle de sport et un personnel très bienveillant et intentionné. "Beautiful Hotel in a lovely location next to the Castle and a short walk down the hill to the Old Town . Staff were warm , very helpful . My only criticism is we did NOT have an en-suite Toilet OR Bathroom . Both were situated across the hallway in full view of other rooms on the 1st floor . For a hotel commanding such a price a en-suite toilet : bathroom should be standard . "
