"Great hotel, we have stayed here several times. Rooms are wonderful. Our hot tub smelled strong like dirty sea water so we didn't use it. Otherwise, great place to stay. "

"Terrible customer service! I booked the property from Expedia app there was nothing stating woman only untill the confirmation I received. I couldn’t check in and asked a refund immediately but nobody helped. The customer service said call me back but I heard nothing only full charge after checking out date. The experience was sucks. I will go through other way to ask a full refund!"

"Room was fine, so was the front desk. My issue was the quality of goods for the price wasn’t up to my expectations. Their restaurant for example charged $42 for Ribeye and gave you half the steak it was so slim definitely not worth the price. Also paid for breakfast. Didn’t include my whole family. Just two adults and two children. I was told to pay extra. I go to hotels cheaper in cost and receive a free buffet for the entire family. "Spcious room with a sofa. Clean. Good workabe desk. The design of the room leaves a bit to be desired, though. The vanity sink is located outside the bathroom right at the foot of the beds. If 2 people are staying in one room, the use of the sink and light disturbs the other person who are sleeping. "

"Hotel was nice and modern but the pool and area was small and rooms were not very soundproof. We were woken up all night from guests that were upstairs and the doors closing around us. "

"We had to end up finding a different hotel in th same night because we did not feel comfortable in this one. It was not clean at all, there were stains on the ground, bed frame, pillowcases etc. and the overall room did not look clean therefore we did not stay there. It looked nothing like the pictures on Expedia we saw. "
