"El hotel está bien ubicado. Vistas espectaculares. El area de la piscina en 6to piso con vistas al mar excelente. Al caer el sol hacen una parrillada y se pasa un momento ameno luego de un dia de exploracion. El sabado tenian musicos animando la noche. Desayuno excelente , variado y bien presentado.
Las habitaciones amplias, le falta un poco de calidez a la suite que Estube. Las luces blancas tipo hospital no ayudan. Mejorar un poco la decoracion. Blackout tipo cortina necesario en la...

"Unfortunately, this was not a pleasant experience. While the location is excellent, the property appears to suffer from poor management. The staff do their best to provide good service, but they seem to lack the guidance and support needed to deliver a consistently positive guest experience.
Most concerning is that the property does not appear to be adequately prepared to handle guest emergencies and, in my experience, showed a lack of urgency and care when an incident occurred.
