"We choose this hotel as a historic building next to the gates of Borjomi Central Park. As it's a historic building we knew that rooms can't be very big, you have windows opening into the main courtyard and so on. I really liked the old building. We got a parking place for car at the yard of the hotel. We didn't use spa services as we had just a limited time at Borjomi but there were plenty of free times for their small spa. "We only booked one night here so that we could visit the caves but if we could do it again, we would book a minimum of two nights. Everything about this place from the service, to the food, to the spa-like facility was incredible. It was a very relaxing stay."

"The location is amazing, too many activities near the apartment. Best place to stay with family. However, 1. The hotel has to be renovated urgently. 2. Furniture is old, 3. Towels are mostly torn 4. "Beautiful new hotel in Bakuriani. Clean large rooms, friendly and helpful staff (excellent English), easy location walkable to many restaurants and shops for snacks if needed. Very nice rooms with great views of the mountain (stayed in #503), parking included. Coffee and water in room was greatly appreciated. Location is a bit hard to find since it’s not on Google Maps yet, but the Google Plus Code (copy and paste into Google Maps) is: QG3H+VP Bakuriani, Georgia. "

"Pros: Very convenient, affordable location in the centre of Borjomi. We were guided to park our car on the street opposite the hotel, and also treated to a great cocktail. Staff were friendly. Balcony in the room was nice. Cons: The walls are paper thin so people walking past the room, going up the stairs, in the lobby and those taking showers can be heard clearly. Bed is a bit lumpy and uncomfortable. WiFi is poor. Overall a nice stay with some welcoming staff, but had we stayed longer...

"This is more a motel then hotel and deserves just 2-2.5 stars. It had no phone service and had only the most basic things, I.e. 1 chair, no table, non-working TV and was quite gloomy. Employees on the other hand were very hospitable and helpful."
