"Love the beds are so comfy, the hotel is in a perfect location 5 minutes from airport. The staff is so friendly and the general manager is genuinely attentive to your needs , I was provided with early check in I had surgery in Él salvador and he knew without me asking I need it to rest. My flight was out at 6:00am so it’s nice to have breakfast at 4:00am because they have service 24hrs restaurant and the shuttle 5:00 am was so convenient I will definitely stay here again and recommend others but watch out those beds are so comfortable you might loose a flight ✈️🤣"

"Initially I was going to give my experience a 2 because our first room was not what we expected. Bees inside, flooded shower, holes on the floor board (big enough for our kids feet to get stuck) it was definitely not like the picture and the place could use some work to make it better. So we told them we were going to stay o e night because it was late and go somewhere else the next day. On the next day after our complimentary breakfast, which was well presented and delicious. A manager came to us with concerns about our stay and wanted to make up for the inconvenience. He said he would like to upgrade us to a private room with a private pool for no aditional cost if we would consider staying. My wife told him that we would still like to see our options in the area and he invited us to check out the other rooms after 3pm. After a few hours we came back and he showed us our rooms. To our surprise, it was amazing, and the room could accommodate 8 people with plenty of room. We took the offer and I must admit, our vacation was wonderful. The kids were happy and we had a great time. Dont expect too much but the place is nice and food was good as well. You can really stay there and enjoy everything, including the super close beach. If it wasn't for the upgrade I would not have been satisfied with our stay. Plenty of options out there but the private pool really sold me, especially with kids. Staff was very kind and polite and the breakfast was the same but delicious."

"I had an excellent stay here. The room was clean, comfortable, and the air conditioning was strong, which made it a great place to relax after a day out. The bed was comfortable, and both the room and bathroom were spotless. The location is very convenient, directly opposite the bus terminal and only about a 10-minute walk to the city center. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place."

"I liked the beach 🏖️ and the breakfast. I didn’t like the water 🚿 on the shower because it was salty and the sink also. Me gusto la playa y el desayuno , no me gusto el agua de la banera es salada y tambien la del lava manos ."
