"Everything was just okay. Looked smaller and more dated than the pictures. The biggest issue was I ended up with large charges from the family who previously stayed in our room. Staff was notified and they assured me it would be taken off. However, it cleared my bank account next day and it took a week after we got home to get our money back. Other than taking off the charge that wasn’t ours to start with, the staff did absolutely nothing to resolve the situation. "

"The hotel had lots of outdoor amenities that seemed beautiful. Unfortunately due to weather we were not able to partake in them, making the room more important. Ended up with a lousy view of the roof of the adjacent attached building. Warning to Hilton Honors members, due to booking through Expedia you do not receive any points for the stay or any additional consideration."

It started off with them, putting us in the wrong room overlooking the bay instead of the ocean, which is what I paid for went downstairs to let them be aware of what they had made a mistake in the best that she could do was put me in a room with two full-size bed overlooking the ocean instead the king size bed with the balcony so that did not make me happy. "Rooms were decent and clean enough. Property overall is just very outdated and rundown; the lobby and restaurant that doubles as the breakfast area are all in need of updating. Food offerings were very limited and not appealing. "

"Breakfast was good, they continued to monitor the levels of everything and made sure the supply met the demand. Staff was friendly. The hotel over all was much cleaner than expected. We were very impressed and will make it our go to hotel when in the area. Also, found out it’s a pet friendly hotel for anyone traveling with pets. We didn’t have one with us but it’s good to know so we can bring Fido with us next time and safe the cost of boarding. "

"The view from the balcony was incredible! The pool by the bay was resort level quality and had a stocked bar in addition to, two dining options. Direct easy access to the gulf side where the resort had chairs and umbrellas, pending you upgraded your package. My only criticism would be the adventure package pricing is a bit high considering how frequently you may actually utilize it. I think a single use option should be provided such as water park for two hours, Kayaks for one hour etc. just...
