Cari Hotel di Saône-Beaujolais

"Looks great but staff were neither plentiful nor helpful. No pool towels, pool was not very clean, staff were not helpful. Ate in the bar, one staff person who said literally said nothing to us. Took our order, returned with bar snacks (congealed to each other) and a basket of dry bread and the bill. Returned with drinks (neither offered nor brought water) and then food, said absolutely nothing and never returned, except to clear the table beside us who had left 30 minutes before. We were...

"Staff were excellent, friendly and very attentive. Whilst the area the hotel is situated in was quiet and peaceful the hotel was extremely noisy during the night (from 1.30 until 4 a.m. continuous door banging, people walking around, noisy shower etc) - no soundproof doors or walls. Avoid room 10! Staff in the restaurant were very able and friendly but the food was passable at best. Easy parking and good location off the motorway."

"The place is amazing, very clean friendly staff and breakfast is really good. This place is so beautiful and quiet, the views are amazing, definitely i recommend this place. The host was very attentive. Definitely we are coming back for a longer stay"

"Surprisingly good hotel and room, but be careful with the fridge - it is burning hot on the backside!"

"Our stay at the property was more than we expected from a small town. The host greeted us on arrival and explained everything for us. The room was spotlessly clean, and tastefully decorated with period furniture. The breakfast was of a good quality and portion, as were some of the homemade goods. The host was full of local knowledge and a friendly nature. We would be glad to lookup the place in the future if we came back to the region."

"Door overboeking opwaardering gekregen. Prima"

"Outstanding hospitality, The location is so peaceful and the hosts were very welcoming. The food was memorable for all the right reasons. Highly recommended"

"Vetestute, en mauvais état, sans clime."

"Accueil et sens client . Tout était parfait . Je recommande vivement. "
