"If you plan to spend anytime in the room, it's a little depressing. Our window was directly across from the parking garage, so we had to keep the shade closed making the room very dark. There were 2 tiny lamps and 1 overhead light. Storage for clothes was very limited, just a weird, tiny standing closet. The shower water poured onto the floor regardless of how the head was postioned. HOWEVER, the location was amazing; the walkability to restaurants and bars made this place almost worth it! The...

"Ben @ front desk/reception area was extremely pleasant, responsive, professional, and courteous. His warm and cheerful demeanor engaged us upon check-in and started our stay in a very positive light. He was very quick to answer any inquiries, share local insight, and offer resolution. Very hands-on and respectful! He was also observed being very consistent in his affect and approach with other guests. Ben was a superb representation of excellent customer service and care."

"Only dislike was that hot water in our shower/bathtub was not set at temperature as hot as we preferred. Owner adjusted upward at our request second night of our three night stay. Hot tub in spa hot as we like and enjoyed."
