"Food good ,Rooms clean very disappointed even though clear signs about not doing so still towels reserving sunbeds & nothing done . Barking dogs and flight path would potentially put me off re visit but obviously nothing hotel can do about that ."

"The room was super clean, we were upgraded as part of our honeymoon and had champagne and chocolate covered strawberries on arrival to the room. The amenities are incredible and like nothing we’ve had before. All staff were extremely attentive and everything is included in breakfast. The dining options are wonderful and food was great. The pool staff were very friendly and tended to every need. The hotel has a WhatsApp communication which is extremely responsive to all needs such as booking...

"Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und lecker. Alle Mitarbeitenden waren stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war hell und groß, allerdings war die Dusche direkt im Zimmer (also kein separates Bad). In Spanien gibt es strenge Raucherregelungen, auf dem Balkon oder direkt neben den Liegen am Pool darf man nicht rauchen. Das Hotel lag direkt am Strand und fußläufig vom Bierkönig/Megapark entfernt. Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig. Rundum sehr zufrieden gewesen, würde ich auf jeden Fall...

"Das Frühstücksbuffet war klasse, super Auswahl und alles frisch. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Rundum ein tolles Hotel!"

"We booked room only and had a positive experience. It was a nice hotel although slightly warn in some areas for example a lot of the sunbeds where half broken still usable tho. A thing to note about this hotel is that the pool is not heated unfortunately which in may, made it uncomfortable to use. I had a overall positive experience with staff being lovely and it being a good location, would visit again "

"Personal sehr freundlich, Frühstücksbuffet super, im Grunde ein langer Bruch. Die Gegend ist nicht der Brüller, aber okay. Lidl gegenüber, Bushaltestelle gegenüber und eine Straße weiter unten. Ca. 15 Min Fußweg zum MegaPark, Schinkenstraße minimal mehr. Runter zur Strandpromenade in wenigen Minuten. Zimmer-> sehr einfach gehalten. Ein bisschen mehr Wohlfühlcharakter könnten sie gebrauchen."

"Property is nice but I’d say solid four star not five . Rooms are large and we had a nice balcony facing the water. We were not fond of bathrooms lay out that lacked privacy . Staff were very friendly and pool and gym well equipped. All meals were buffet style which were good although I’m not a big fan of dinner buffets. Location assuming weather is good is typical beach like but on a rainy day you are limited for activities. Overall a nice stay but not great"
