"Definitely recommend this hotel, we had a wonderful experience! All of the staff were very nice and friendly. The room was beautiful, very stylish. We did not get to the rooftop in time but heard other guests speaking highly of it and we will make sure to go next time. Will always stay here when in Memphis from now on!"

"I loved the property, the staff and the location. I didn't utilize the gym because you had to go outside the hotel to access. Other than that, everything was perfect. The food and the drinks were amazing. The ducks of course are not to be missed! The little library and all of the old photos were really interesting."

"This property had a smell from the time I walked into the lobby, and even in the room was terrible. The sheets were yellow. The mattresses were dirty. The bathroom had dirty tiles it was awful I was coming to be close to airport for an early morning flight . The condition of the hotel was horrible. I didn’t sleep at all 😩"
