"This resort was significant to how amazing our snowboarding vacation turned out. Breakfast and dinner buffet was delicious! It’s true they don’t change items but there were so many choices that it really wasn’t necessary. We looked forward to breakfast and dinners there the entire 4 night stay. We had the junior suite which has the stone tub as our bath and it was a dream come true. Japanese style futons were so comfortable even after a long day of snowboarding. I didn’t mind that we had to set...

"春スキーで親子で利用しました。朝食も夕食もバイキングを付けて良かったです。 夕食にカニと甘エビが気に入って沢山いただきました．チェックアウト後の居場所も無料休憩室などあり大変助かりました。 ホテルのスタッフの方も親切で、ニューオータニのホスピタリティを満喫させていただきました。 次回は滞在日数長めでお世話になりたいです。"

"Es un lugar lindo para quedarse, el cuarto tiene calentador y aire acondicionado , los espacios son amplio y las áreas comunes siempre estan limpias. Esta en una zona céntrica a unas cuadras de las calle principal donde están los restaurantes y tiendas. El personal muy atento te hacen sentir libre de estar en todos los espacios."

"ビジネス ダブルまたはツインルームを予約 ▶エアコン故障（ファンヒーターのみ３時間おきに電源再投入が必要で熟睡できず） ▶風呂なし（共用シャワーのお湯が出ず） ▶冷蔵庫なし ▶テレビなし（写真ではあるのに部屋にはなし） ▶照明は蛍光灯と白熱灯があるが暗く、蛍光灯は中に虫の死骸だらけ（何年も掃除していない） ▶部屋の掃除は行き届いておらず、ホコリや小さなゴミがそのまま、南京虫が居そう ▶共用部分の廊下や階段はきしみ音あり、補修された様子なし、お湯の出も悪くチョロチョロ、トイレから外の雪溶かし水道ホースが出ていて窓が完全に閉まらず極寒"

"房間很整潔，每位職員都很友善，提供很多資訊並且解答我們的疑難。 早餐的款式很多，每天都不一樣，另外滑雪晚了回酒店也會有晚飯可以買。 提供的配套也是非常方便，酒店外面便是滑雪場，酒店有提供一層專門擺放雪具的地方，你亦可以將用過的雪服，裝備，放在drying room，非常之便利及體貼的服務。 另外酒店有提供免費接駁車，只要預約定，時間預算起上來也很方便！ 如果你是為了滑雪而前來的話，會非常合適！"

"以前からある旅館なので、新しさは感じませんが、それを補う以上にスタッフの温かいサービスが印象的でした。 部屋数が多くないのも関係していると思いますが、煩雑な感じが全くなく、気持ちよく滞在できる旅館です。 朝食がバイキングでなく、個別なのも良かったです。美味しかったです。"

"No checkin staff, had to find cleaner and she didnt speak english or japanese,. Beds where 2 flat futons, heating doesnt start till 5pm, it was freezing in the building, internet doesnt work and towel was very small and thin, not for drying bigger bodies,had to go buy some towels kitchen is small microwave not as pictured, just 2 very thin futons,no heating"

"The room was clean, the bathroom and shower were a bit run down but usable. If you plan to ski or eat at Nozawa Onsen it makes it very difficult. The first shuttle from Togario Onsen to Nozawa is at 9:24am and the last one was o round 4pm. No taxi after 6, so you cannot eat dinner in Nozawa staying here. While it is not the hotels responsibility, it made dining options very limited. The front desk staff was unfriendly, apart from the hosts wife who tired her best to arrange accommodation. "
