"The staff at the reception desk were amazing, friendly, and helpful. They helped with luggage and getting a cab when needed. I would like to see the gift shop, restaurant and coffee shop open for longer hours. Coffee and drinks not available till 10 am. The pool would have been a nice touch too but the hours open were only on the weekend. Rooms were okay, a bit outdated and smelled not so fresh."

"今回1泊2日で利用しました。
ホテルに一歩入ると落ち着いた雰囲気で、1時間も早く着いてしまった私達をスタッフの皆さんは丁寧に対応してくださり、最初から最後まで気持ちよく過ごすことができました。
お部屋は清潔感があり、ゆったりとした時間を過ごせました。アメニティも充実していて、女性同士の旅行でも荷物が少なく済んだのが嬉しかったです。
熱海の景色を眺めながら、 日常を忘れてのんびり過ごせたことが何よりの思い出です。
また、料理は何を食べても美味しくて楽しい演出もあり、今度は親を連れてきたいなと思いました。
また熱海を訪れる際には、ぜひ利用したいと思えるホテルでした。素敵な時間をありがとうございました。"

"I was immensely pleased with this hotel. The room was advertised as having a "Mt. Fuji View" which I suspected would be barely visible or largely obstructed in some manner (thank you trauma from other misleading hotels!) BUT this hotel absolutely blew me away with the view we got. When the weather was clear, we had an amazing view of Mt. Fuji as advertised. The hotel is not far from the train station and can be reached on foot.
