"The palace itself is stunning. However, service is poor. Breakfast ends at 9:30. We had to rush for the breakfast. Breakfast was really bad. Burnt, dried and stale. No tissue paper, no hair dryer, no iron. I have never seen a toilet paper role that thin. Hot water takes forever to mix. Most of the time, internet doesn’t work."

"Generally and overall the staff are helpful and respectful. Apart from one female receptionist, when we called requesting milk for our 2 year old ( who was very ill), her only concern was the bill.
