"Hotel added a hidden fee of 7.5 euro at the time of checkout calling it a "registration fee". This was nowhere mentioned at the time of booking the hotel. They could not even explain what this is about as I did not register for any other additional service. Very bad experience and leaves a bad mark on the customer with such hidden charges!!"

"A very nice hotel with a perfect view of Lake Bled. The pool was amazing and the sauna area was well done. The rooms are a little small and dated, however charming and comfortable. The main foyer and breakfast were both excellent."

"Good hotel but I felt it was quite expensive for the room standard. The view from the balcony was excellent but the aircon was weak and the bathroom felt dated. The location is super handy, and the staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also very good and on at good times with plenty seating. The pool areas are a huge highlight of this hotel too- it’s great to have so many to choose from and beautiful views from the terrace.

"Location is great. Breakfast was OK (obviously its subjective). Staff helpful and friendly. Parts of hotel a bit tired. No air-conditioning in room and was very warm during our stay. Not a lot of parking but free parking available at nearby sister hotel (I managed to get a spot the following morning). Coffee making facilities in room would be an easy improvement they could make."
