"Beautiful hotel"

"Staff, lobby incredible Rooms are outdated but clean Gym barely qualifies as a gym The big turn off was how dirty the water in the pool was. I would not even go in it was so bad. Its a 3 star hotel. Did the job but it will not be my first choice for sure"

"The mall, shopping, and restaurants are directly across the street from the hotel. The hotel is very well kept, clean, safe, and customer service was exceptional. Exceptional location. The rooms are nice but small. Excellent for 2 people in the single with double bed. The other room with 2 beds is suitable maybe for 2 adults with 2 small kids. "

"We like the property but the way they handle the bookings were poor. We didn't get the rooms that we paid for instead negotiated with us to give us other rooms and just provided extra bedding. We booked 7 Family villas but we only got 3. Some guests were also complaining about it when we were checking in. The complimentary kits were not completed and we need to ask for it. The front porch were not cleaned properly and had a couple of trash. At least, the buffet staffs were nice and friendly. "

"The room where we stayed (R102) is good and the restroom has a unique design with circles and look like a crystal. Although the room is old,it’s liveable.The walls have cracks and the toilet bowl seat is broken. The cabinet is broken also. The hot water is not working though the staff tried to repair it. The outdoor is so beautiful and the beds are comfortable. The owner and the staff are courteous and were excellent in dealing with us. Overall,we’re contented with our stay. The room is...
