"This was our second stay at the hotel. The rooms are spacious and very lovely. We were greeted with a bottle of champagne and chocolate upon arrival. The staff is super helpful. The breakfast is delicious. The only tricky part about the hotel is dropping off a car. You literally have to pull up on a sidewalk and then one of the staff comes out and parks your car in a remote lot for you. It can be a little intense if there’s any traffic behind you, but it all goes pretty quickly. Love this...

"Excellent overnight stay as usual. Had the disabled room which accommodated my needs fully. Had evening meal in the cafe which was also excellent. Thank you for another fantastic stay and will be returning."

"La ubicación, es perfecta, accesible y fácil de llegar, cerca de transporte público y amenidades, restaurantes, tiendas, todo a la mano. La habitación, cómoda, limpia y funcional, la atención del personal muy amable y servicial, el desayuno adecuado y muy conveniente. Solo que aún se perciben trabajos de remodelación y hay personal de construcción transitando, fuera de eso, es una gran opción para estar un fin de semana en Madrid y disfrutar"
