"Wonderful room! Very comfortable. GREAT location. The breakfast, however, was not good (not many choices, poor-quality coffee, and limited fruit options). In addition, the breakfast was in a dingy room. The breakfast staff did what they could, but their options were limited. In short, I would recommend staying here. but, I would recommend skipping the optional breakfast."

"Front desk staff could be more friendly . I have stayed more than once before and it was the the first thing I noticed . Still efficient but not really eager to help , not as polite and friendly as before . Housekeepers were fantastic though, Facility and location are still my favorites in Barcelona"

"The room was nice. It was a hotel room. Bed was comfy, and loved the king bed. What made me unhappy was there was 10 of us, 5 couples that booked all together, once we were checking in the upgraded 3 out of 5 of us. I didn’t feel that was right, if you’re going to upgrade 1 in the group then do all or do none at all .. I said to him are you going to upgrade everyone he was like well we can only do a couple. Then did 2 more and the last one upgraded again. I just feel that was disrespectful to...
