"Avons réservé et payé 1chambre familiale avec balcon et vue par Expedia En arrivant, on nous dit que la seule restante est au rdc avec vue sur le parking et qu'en réservant sur Expedia ou booking, on pouvait s'attendre à ce genre de déconvenue... Aucune excuse ni compensation n'a été proposée.!!! Limite que c'est notre faute d'avoir réservé sur de tels sites!! J'ai contacté Expedia qui m'a effectivement confirmé que la chambre réservée était bien une familiale avec balcon et vue et en...

"Je n'ai rien à redire sur le personnel. Tout le monde a été très agréable et très souriant. Cependant, et malgré la présence de la piscine, de la salle de sport ainsi que de la restauration, j'ai trouvé de nombreux défauts dans ma réservation ainsi que dans les chambres.
