"Myself and my sisters stayed for 3 nights in the delux duplex. Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with lots of space and everything needed for our few days there. Staff were very helpful before and during our stay. They organised our transport and contributed in making our stay a memorable one. The teabags, coffee, milk and bottled water in the apartment was much appreciated after our late evening arrival. Apartment right on the Beautiful square and everything within walking distance. We had a truly wonderful experience in this beautiful city. "

"This really is a lovely hotel and the staff are so helpful. Great location for accessing the main town square and Jewish Quarter. Located very close to Wawel Castle and the river, where you can take a boat tour. Would definitely recommend this hotel."
