"This property is very special and the staff ensure you have a very relaxed vacation. The location is exceptional on the beach in Montauk NY which is the end of Long Island. Do not miss the spa especially the bathhouse plunges. But also go visit the little towns and the excellent restaurants."

"Clean room but they don’t come in to clean the room during your stay. Very good air conditioning. Spa only has one working shower"

"This was our second visit. This unit was very dated, dull and unattractive. The room had a few issues, lightbulbs, a stuck door, the pullout sofa needed bedding. But each was addressed and fixed within minutes. The staff was great. I will say the mattress was like sleeping on a cloud. The grounds are beautiful and we enjoyed the pool which is heated to 85^"

"The overall stay was acceptable however there was an issue with one of their security guards. I will spare you the details, but it was very unprofessional. Beds, towels, and bathroom were all clean, but the bedroom carpet was filthy and I could tell that it had not been thoroughly cleaned in a while. The nightstand was sticky, and there were a pair of somebody’s eyeglasses on the floor between the right side of the nightstand and the wall. "The staff has dirty uniforms, could not get hot water to make tea to day. Stated the coffees shop is closed on Monday's. Hall floors are not vacuum, glass doors were not cleaned during my total stay. In general poor maintenance."

"The room was clean and nice. Having 4 kids with us it was upsetting that the ac in the living room didn’t work and the shower head was not functioning properly and had very low water pressure. There’s 2 tvs but only 1 remote was provided. Other than the few things we enjoyed our stay."

"We love staying at Kenny’s. They have several relaxing lounge areas: pool area, lounge area outside of the pool, and the zen garden. The apartment rooms are great and have a full kitchen. Kenny’s offers a beach pass that gives you access to all local beaches. And the hotel is very close to Gosman’s dock and other restaurants. We’ll definitely be back!"

"I chose it because of the price. You get what you paid for. A dated hotel that needs updating and maintenance, a working breakfast buffet, better ventilation. Too bad since it’s is big, had a large pool, and has a good location with not a lot of hotel options in the area."

"The room was really cute and the bed was extremely comfortable! The property was well kept and the grass was super soft! The staff were very helpful and kind. I loved the picnic basket breakfast!"

"The shower hot water didn’t work when we got there. After the maintenance staff fixed it it lasted not even a day before we lost any pressure. The manager was rude when I came down to have someone fix the shower."
