The tv in our room did not work it seems there wasn't even a plug for it so we just went to sleep. In the morning we asked to extend our stay possibly to another room due to the tv issue and I mentioned our heat is still not working in our home and it's 9 degrees out.. she was very rude and completely brushed off what was said about the tv and told me "I can't extend your stay you have to check out" when asked why she said because we booked through Expedia and said we would have to leave another $150 deposit. That's fine but the fact she was rude and completely disregarded the fact that the tv wasn't working in a room that we PAID FOR and then was not willing to do nothing to work with us or accommodate just rudely said we need to check out, did not sit right with me so we left at 12 and will be staying somewhere else tonight. Will not give this place business again
