"Sucked all around"

"We needed break and this was perfect. We lit a fire, talked, had a drink and had a great sleep in a cabin surrounded by trees. Loved the free smores and firewood. There was nothing around, but that’s exactly what we wanted. A unique experience we will remember (and will return to)."

"Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Staff were pleasant and informative. Accommodations missed the mark; outdated; unit door did not close well; bottom was rusted and open to the hallway. Ashtrays outside main resort unit entrances were overflowing, cobwebs and old wasp nests not cleared away. Headboards of both beds were not cleaned from prior guest use."

"An abundance of deferred maintenance. Held together by spit and glue. Only lobby is clean and updated. Room ceiling had stains as well as lamp shade. Dirty bathroom floor."

"The property was large, had a beautiful view, and had large rooms. The issue was the cleanliness. The rugs in the hallway, dining room, and the room were all stained. The lounge chair in the room was also stained, so much so that I didn't want to sit on it. The bathroom door was falling off the hinges. The sink was clogged. There wasn't a refrigerator in the room. They offered complimentary bottles of water upon arrival, but that was it—no more water to be seen. It also felt like a ghost...

"This hotel has a bedbug infestation and the Supervisor/ Staff is aware. They charge non smoke fee for unkept rooms and Blood stained mattresses. Linen that smells like it was used and definitely not cleaned properly. Bathroom had no running water, bathtub had mildew stains and fridge not working. This would be perfect if you want to get over priced and return home with BEDBUGS!!"

"Place was clean and new, didn’t see one person working there my name was on the door and checked myself in.Online ad says lodge but sign out front says motel and that is exactly what it was. You can totally hear people in adjacent rooms. Not a totally bad place to stay if you just need a place to crash but for the price i think there are better options"
