"We have stayed here probably fifteen times or more and it seems to us that things are getting pretty lax. There was no soap in shower, no kleenixes in holder, and the room smelled musty. When trying to obtain two extra towels, no one appeared at front desk for five minutes and then I left. Then front desk girl on Sunday told us breakfast was at six, but didn't start til seven.
Maybe comfort suites is a better option next time."

"Clean bathroom. Great shower with needed grab bars. Nice bkfst variety. Evening check-in staff very friendly.
Loved the comfort of the bed except could barely get into the bed due to being too high. Why so high? Short people were not considered. Bathroom needs a counter. No place to lay hygiene products. Overall a nice quiet stay."

"After we checked in, we tried to open the door to our room without success. The staff came up to our room to try to open our door, but could not do so. The staff then upgraded our room , made sure the door to our new room worked, and helped us bring our luggage into the room. The staff also recommended a great restaurant for dinner. Very much appreciated the staff's help."

"We have stayed here multiple times in the past. This was, by far our worst experience. The hotel halls smelled terrible. The elevator was dirty with the same trash laying on the floor all 4 days we were there. Our biggest complaint was the staff. Not helpful to the point of rude. Went down for breakfast one morning. It was 10 minutes before stated time ended. The staff member was cleaning up. My husband asked if he would be able to get a couple of muffins. The girl was holding a tub. Rather than...
