"We were in Canberra for the National Folk Festival, and we attend this festival every year at Easter. The location is convenient to the Exhibition Park (EPIC) - where the festival is held. The kitchen is small, but sufficient for our needs. The rooms are big, and let us relax after each of 5 full days at the EPIC. (The check-in was not handled well - we were asked to wait until 2pm (from 12:15), but when that time arrived were told that the room wasn't ready yet. When we complained we were put...

"I was disapointed that the staff member behind the desk didnt acknowledge me standing there for at least 2 minutes upon my check out but was busy looking at a screen. It was 7:30am and no other staff member on duty. I then saw the express check out box and used it. Poor service that you would expect from a property of that stature. "

"Brilliant location in Braddon, apartments have everything you need and clean plus good sized rooms. Parking isn’t easy as spaces as small & breakfast is ok but not a reason to stay in the apartments. "

"We stayed here with our dog and we absolutely loved how accommodating they are for pet owners. Our golden had a comfortable bed and plenty of treats to go with it upon arrival. Gorgeous neighborhood and walkable. Highly recommended especially if you’re traveling with your pets. "
