Cari Hotel di Swain County

"Make sure you know which hotel you are staying at it is a long walk between lobbies"

"I liked the serenity of the location. I booked the Indian Creek cabin for a weekend and it was more than I expected. We weren't far from anything. The Casino and the malls are all about five minutes away from the cabin. I actually proposed to my fiancé there. We will be returning."

"Clean room, quiet, and rivet view."

"Needs more parking or assigned parking"

"They didn't have a stopper for the bathroom sink. The furniture was out dated. The rug felt dirty. You could see through the curtains. Is was a hassle trying to get up with staff. Not one did they offer clean towels or to clean room. I took out the trash myself and had no bags for the trash can. The ice bucket was cracked on the buttom. So I took the liberty to throw it out. The only thing I like about it the price was reasonable."

"For an unexpected last minute change of our hotel accommodations, we were so very satisfied with Bay Mountain Inn. We didn't know anything about this hotel so didn't really know what to expect. From the moment we walked in until the moment we checked out, we were extremely satisfied. The front desk associates were so friendly and went out of their way to make us comfortable. The rooms were very clean and completely met our needs. The continental breakfast was the basic easy and light food. ...

"I think I answered all your questions."

"The room we stayed in was recently renovated and still looked and smelled new. Decent warm breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was fully booked and there was not enough parking."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay here for our babymoon! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The view from our room was incredible and made for such a peaceful, relaxing getaway. Our hosts were truly exceptional — so kind, welcoming, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. The fresh-made breakfast every morning was such a special touch and something we looked forward to each day. We also loved having access to all of the resort’s amenities and really appreciated...

"Rooms were clean except for a couple of hairs in the bathroom. Beds were so comfy that my husband and I took a pic of the mattress name so we can find one for home. Staff was great! Breakfast was the best I have had in a hotel...and we have stayed at many. The only problem was that you could hear through the walls a little. Not really a problem unless you get neighbors like we had that were screaming at each other as loudly as they could have possibly screamed for at least 30-40 minutes in the...

"We stayed one night at Two Rivers Lodge while exploring the Smokies, and it was very nice. Our room was clean and comfortable. It's a simple, no-frills place, which is exactly what we like. The highlight was the covered seating area right by the river, a great spot to relax at the end of the day. It was too warm for a fire while we were there, but I can picture it being perfect on a cool night. We'd happily stay again."

"The location was perfect and there is self-serve hot breakfast every morning. Don't expect clean towels, hand towels, or wash cloths, toilet paper, or trash bags unless you find the two "housemen" that clean the room after you leave. Absolutely no cleaning is done until after you leave. Front desk told us to leave dirty linens outside, along with trash, but over 12 hours later they were still there. The only time we were in the lobby, there were two check-in girls talking rudely about an...
