"Grande chambre propre avec trÚs grande douche eau de pluie puissante. Personnel tojours souriant et sympathique. Plusieurs piscines dont une trÚs grande pour nager c'est idéal. L'eau est en plus à bonne température malgré le vent.
Différents bars et restaurants sur le complexe.
C'est un grand hĂŽtel mais que ce soit aux restaurants, aux bars ou Ă la piscine, on ne sent pas vraiment le monde. C'est bien fait.
Seul bémol, nous avions une belle chambre avec balcon mais pas une jolie vue."

"Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs agrĂ©able sĂ©jour en famille. Le petit dĂ©jeuner Ă©tait dĂ©licieux, le personnel Ă la fois sympathique et compĂ©tent. Il y avait toujours suffisamment de transats, que ce soit Ă la plage ou Ă la piscine, pour sâinstaller confortablement. La situation de lâhĂŽtel, juste en face de la plage et Ă proximitĂ© de la petite ville de Santa Maria, est un vĂ©ritable atout."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Pestana Tropico. The best thing about the hotel is the feeling of being in a family hotel, with staff who are attentive to detail. I would like to thank the staff at the reception, at the bar, restaurant, and the staff cleaning the rooms - they were absolutely lovely and very helpful! Great hotel! "

"La chambre est quelconque, à notre arrivée : pas de serviette, pas de savon de douche.
Le coffre ne fonctionne pas, ce qui oblige de se balader avec passeport et argent.
Et le ballon dâeau chaude ne permet pas de couvrir lâensemble des chambres.
Mais câest surtout lâabsence de service qui pose un problĂšme.
Aucune rĂ©ponse Ă un problĂšme ( pour nous câest le transfert inter Ăźle). Ils vous laisse vous dĂ©brouiller.
Les gens de lâaccueil sont juste bon pour rĂ©server un taxi. Pas plus "
