"The Hotel is less than 5 minutes walk to the Lourdes Sanctury and local shopping. However plan well for travel to the hotel from the lourdes train station since its difficult to get a taxi or Uber. We finally took a local bus #L5 which stops at St. Joseph Gate of the Sanctuary very close to hotel. Room and bathroom was clean and modern and very spacious. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and got us a taxi for the travel back to train station. Breakfast was great with many choices...

"Absence of listed sauna was the 1st disappointment. The pool did make up for some, but not quite. The 1st assigned room didn't have a lockable bathroom door, shower head holder & a shower partition. Also, a lack of any English language TV channels was really annoying & disappointing for a month-long stay."

"The room, lobby and the backyard are in super excellent condition. The breakfast is delicious. The employees are very helpful and courteous. I I highly recommend this property. PS: Please install shower bar, this will really help people to get in and out of the tub."

"Hotel was very clean and well stock with what you need. Beds were quite comfortable. Hotel is a it dated but not lacking of functional Very close to the sanctuary entrance and stores. Amazing view of the river. Cristina was a superb host and quite hospitable. She arrange for the storage of our luggage until it’s time for us to go and the taxi to take us to the train station. We will stay here again when we come back to Lourdes. "
