There is no locker on each floor to lock your stuff so you have to go up and down the stairs since there’s no elevator. There were clothes shoes, and peeps all stuff on the hallways by the locker area and on the 3rd and second floor which makes it very uncomfortable. "Beautiful pool, get your lounge chair early or be prepared to wait/stand! Room was nicely updated with rainfall shower, comfy bed, and TV with sports channels and streaming services. Very comfortable experience. Right on the subway orange line though it takes 5mins to walk indoors to the platform."

"I loved the property was located right where I needed to be for Jazz Fest. Unfortunately the same staff person that was extremely rude to me during my check in was just as rude at my check out. And this was after the hotel sent me a letter to my room apologizing for her initial behavior. She never corrected it upon check out so clearly she has issues with certain "types" of guests as I saw her being overly nice to other guests that did not look like me."

Het was mijn 2de keer in dit hotel en alles beviel prima. Echter het inchecken ging nogal aan de trage kant. "Stayed July 2 & 3. Great location, decent price. Windows were open, very hot & humid upon arrival. Set air conditioning to high and it was good for the rest of the stay. Secure underground parking was $36 per day. Walking distance to Jazz festival, China town, old Montreal, Notre Dame and much more."

"We loved our stay here, so much so that I extended my trip, and will be back when in Montreal next. Beautiful jacuzzi on the terrace, a steam room, and a gym. Clean, spacious apartment with friendly and attentive staff. We stayed in the superior apartment, used all the kitchen and amenities, and were very impressed with the space. The hotel is super central to old montreal and walking distance to plenty of restaurants and activities. Highly recommend to anyone considering."
