"Our room bathroom floor was covered with water when we arrived. The staff attended with a mop. The bathroom door stuck as tiles/flooring had taken on water and swelled. The outside stairs to our floor were bare unfinished wood that was unfinished and weathered. Floor boards needs replacing. Also in a kind of industrial area with no restaurants anywhere near. Sounded a lot better on the website!"

"It was an amazing stay for our family during the shoulder season, allowing us to enjoy this beautiful destination at a more affordable price. The entire experience was wonderful. The hotel is nestled in the mountains, in a charming village surrounded by other hotels, restaurants, and shops. After checking in, we went for a beautiful walk around the area, took lots of photos, and then returned to enjoy the hot tubs and pool. Unfortunately, the sauna was out of service, so we can't comment on...

"FYI: The one bedroom suite is actually a regular hotel room with bed and a small room with another bed. It is not a sitting/living room with a separate bedroom."

"Room was OK. TV did not work, fireplace did not work..We were charged for parking, it was not on there web site, no signes in the lobby. Front desk people were not helpful."

Could have a supply of fresh baked goods as well discovered outstanding fresh bakeries in the area. Room excellent. Beds comfortable, bathroom very clean. Too recommend. Excellent stay."
