"I don't know where to begin, but this is the nicest hotel we have enjoyed in Jerusalem.
The staff was incredible.
The room is modern, comfortable and relaxing. AC and instant hot water, but with giant windows if you prefer.
The architecture is stunning in the views from the tower that you can go to at the top let you view all of the old city.
It is situated perfectly amongst various obvious meeting places.
The service is simply incredible, daily changing of the bed linens and towels,...

"Great location with a friendly helpful staff. This hotel is an experience with lots of Arabian flavor and charm. The rooms are clean enough and everything worked. Hot water could take awhile for showers but eventually warmed up. We would stay here again. "
