"Nice hotel that is right off the freeway. The rooms are a good size, beds are comfortable, and the hot breakfast was a good way to start the day. Horseheads is a small town, so don't expect much of the surroundings."

"We had two adults and two kids and got a suite where we all had a comfortable stay separate rooms mini kitchen with full fridge/freezer, two bathrooms and a living room. The pool and hot tub was great and plenty of parking."

"The breakfast was.only toast /wafflesand eggs /sausage ! We were told.it was a sit down breakfast with fruit,cereal,waffles ,juice ,hot food! When we came to breakfast there was nothing available and it was 845 breakfast was to be over at 10! We had to keep asking for them to make food ! The room was not cleaned at all in our 5 days and no clean towels, garbage was not collected and had to ask everyday for coffee ! They assured us someone would come and they didn't ! Garbages in halls over...

"The breakfast was average. The scrambled egg was salty and taste like not real egg. The front desk staff was helpful when I asked how many towels in the room. I booked one of the rooms for 4 people. He gave me extra towels. It would be helpful to double check how many people in a room was booked and allocate the correct number of towels without me asking it. Not a lot to comment for 1 night stay. Thanks. "

"It is an old style motel but very clean and well kept. Bedsheets were clean and mattress was good and so was bathroom. Don't expect a tooth paste but I don't think there is any major issue that is concerning. I would definitely stay here again."
