"立地は最高の場所。パース駅前の広場を抜けて右へ歩いてすぐにあり、スーツケースを転がして、駅から徒歩で行ける。眺めは楽しめないが、マレーストリートにあり、裏はインターコンチネンタルやホリデーインのあるヘイストリート。現地ツアーの集合場所になることも多く、またショッピングにも便利。ロンドンコートや市立図書館、タウンホールにも近く、エリザベスキーへも徒歩圏内。特にアジア系女子スタッフの対応が素晴らしい。部屋のエアコン（暖房）がうるさいとの評価もあるようだが、気にするほどではない。キングサイズベッドも大きく、隣の動きも気にならない。キッチンのあるのが利点だが、換気扇と一体化した蛍光灯はあっても、洗い場・調理場の上に蛍光灯が無いのが不便。小さいクローゼット（ボックス）があるが、バーが無くてハンガーが掛けられず、無用な長物になっている。カーテンの補修も必要。総合的には高く評価でき、次にパースへ行く時にも利用したい。"

"Room was lovely and clean. Staff were super friendly as always. We had a slight hiccup with ordering late night room service by the QR code. The order didn’t go through but staff were quick to rectify the issue when I called."

"Being privately owned apartments we never get anything like the advertised apartment. For a basic 1 night stay it was passable. But it had a 60lt electric hot water storage system, great for one shower. Wait 30 minutes and the next person can enjoy a shower and so on. When sold as a 2 bedroom apartment it can sleep up to 6 people. The TV was smaller than my computer screen at home big fail! Cigarette odours from the curtains and several small maintenance problems.
