"Terrible experience. Microwave didn’t work at all. Their guy came but couldn’t repair, so we brought some food but couldn’t warm it up. And we bought some charcoal but it wasn’t delivered so I called it and then they realized that I ordered it… so I had very terrible experience overall."

"When we arrived at 3;30 workers were banging and drilling to change door locks in Delameter House. When we returned at 8pm, we couldn’t get the key to work in our door. I call the front desk on my cell. No one answered. My husband finally got the door open. In the room, there were no plugs near the bed to charge phones, there was a light over one bed, but not the other and the window labeled emergency exit was painted shut, a safety violation, I’m sure.
