"My family’s stay in this hotel was fine. No complaints except the noise from outside. The hotel is close to the highway that we can hear all the vehicles passing by. It didn’t bother me much but my son had a hard time sleeping. "

"Unacceptable breakfast buffet. No hot foods, no yogurt, dry old cereal. Coffee was TERRIBLE- instant coffee from a machine. Pillows were very old as were the sheets, they were very worn and would not stay on a mattress. Toilet was out in middle of floor, seat would not stay on. We had to go and buy our own pillows at Walmart. Owners are frugal and the condition of the hotel reflects it. Very disappointing."

"First day check in was difficult since i was given a key to a room that was out of service. Later in the new room i was given, someone was trying to get into my room at 2am. The following day the staff checked me out without my knowlege and deactivated my key. Would not recommend "

"Liked the check in staff, who was very friendly and helpful. Facilities were clean and the room was spacious with a full sized fridge. One problem was the room number had fallen off and the number was written on the wall in pencil. Hard to see. It was quiet and had adequate heat. Was comfortable in all."

"Very cozy and in a very good location, very easy drive ti Watkins Glen too. If I really want to be picky I would say the bathtub could be upgraded to a newer one but it wasn’t really an issue. Would stay again! "

"The "apartment" we had rented on the first floor was "unavailable" so they have us the whole upstairs. There was no way to secure the upstairs had anytime been in the apartment below. However, no one was on that apartment during our stay l, luckily. It was basically a frat house vibe upstairs, it was 10 degrees overnight and the heat couldn't keep up. We froze while we slept. Not to mention the scurrying in the attic I heard when I was using the bathroom. Should not be listed on hotels.com."
