"AC works great. Clean pleasant room. Very quiet. Lots of rooms rented but we never heard a sound. Beautiful country setting. Grab and go breakfast. Next to Walmart and restaurant. Very convenient."

"First room they gave us wasn't cleaned and when arriving at the door was screamed at by housekeeping in arabic(?) I had no clue what he was saying to us but he made a phone call and pointed back to the lobby, followed us to the elevator and was trying to tell my husband and I to go down and the children stay with the bags (that wasn't happening!) Got to the front desk got a new room which wasn't what I booked/paid for so they brought a rollaway bed in and it had yellow stains all over it,...

"Breakfast was decent, although it seemed like the boiled eggs on the second day were the same as the day before. Staff were friendly and helpful. Approximately 30 minutes from Watkins Glen International."

"Our room was very spacious. The facility was very clean, the breakfast was great, and it had all the amenities you would need for a short stay. We had a few small problems that were immediately resolved. This hotel is very close to Corning without the hefty pricing of hotels in Corning itself. I would visit this site again!"

"Breakfast room was very small, my chair at my table was at the front door and half on the tile by of the lobby. There were no spoons for breakfast..only knives and forks…how does one eat oatmeal, cereal, etc.? There was no staff member to ask for a spoon either. Breakfast space was too small to accommodate guests."

"Swimming pool was out of service, no breakfast available, toilet made a constant leaking water noise, they took away wet towels but didn't restock clean towels our first night, crowds of smokers outside the exit doors and chatting loudly outside our room window on the final night from 8 to 10 pm."

"This B&B was in a historic Octagon house just a mile south of Hammondsport. It's a beautiful location and Hammondsport is a great little town. The breakfasts were amazing and they were able to make everything gluten free. I highly recommend this lovely place."

"Overall excellent. The only two ways to improve are: 1) Provide hangers for closets; 2) Provide more details on where to park in the Welcome Binder. Street parking signage added to our confusion. We wound up getting a parking ticket for Alternate Street Parking" (whatever that means). Other than these items, the unit was clean, quiet, and in a great location."
